Very Old Shark Vertebrae Necklace Red African Trade Beads Sand Cast Nut Carved

Well these are old - they have been laying in my bin for many years - I thought originally they were snake but I believe they are shark. There is one old sand cast trade bead.

The reds are glass trade venetian. They vary in color and size.

There are 2 striped I think they are some kind of nut beads. Have never actually been able to ID them.

Lastly there are 3 oblong carved beads - they measure about 1 inch each. No uniform coloration to each.

The entire piece measures 30 inches so just slips over the head. I acquired this set from a bead trader over 30 years ago at the Tucson Gem Show.

Not sure if this helps but they weigh 79.4 grams
